WSI - Philadelphia Mortgage Crisis Support Group a Collaborative effort with the

THE FAMILIES OF PHILADELPHIA

T.F.O.P

The purpose of this group is to discuss the recent Public session hearing recorded under Resolution # 150361 held on October 6, 2015, in room 400 under Councilman Curtis Jones, et al., and to direct your attention to salient acts of misconduct, malfeasance and misrepresentation perpetrated by a few law firms and national banks who are falsifying records under the guise of Mortgage Foreclosures for illegal gain.

The Mortgage Fraud scheme is NOT new, as we witness an increase rise in middle-class homelessness here in Philadelphia, we must address the hard facts and begin to investigate how this misconduct is caused and the effects that it is having on the integrity of this administration. We say integrity because “an error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to correct it” and we hope that this administration has enough integrity to do what it ought to do and reframe from turning a blind eye.
